Hyper Patchwork
2025
Hyper Patchwork is a research-led project that asks how digital reading reshapes the dissemination and consumption of knowledge in the post-digital age. Taking Patchwork Girl by Shelley Jackson as a conceptual starting point, five participants reinterpreted the work through online exploration—search engines, Wikipedia, AI tools, and beyond.
Their journeys were transformed into a series of experimental publications, each mapping a distinct path of understanding. The project positions publishing as a critical act, revealing how knowledge becomes fragmented, reassembled, and mediated through digital systems of reading.
